Dr Timothy Foo

As practice principal, clinical director and GP supervisor, Dr Foo has an integral role at Mackie Road Clinic.

With more than 25 years of experience in all aspects of family medicine including pregnancy care and delivery, children’s health and chronic disease management, Dr Foo is well practiced in an array of clinical areas.

With a special interest in obstetrics, Dr Foo is accredited to provide shared obstetric care with Monash Medical Centre Clayton, Sandringham Hospital and Royal Women’s Hospital. He is also our clinical teacher at Mackie Road and mentors the registrars throughout their GP training.

Dr Andrew Coker

Andrew completed his medical studies at the University of Melbourne, where he had previously completed a PhD in medical research. He has an interest in children’s health, men’s health, travel medicine and chronic diseases.

He also undertakes minor procedures such as removal of skin cancers, insertion of contraceptive implants (Implanon) and management of skin ulcers. He is happy to see patients for consultations under WorkCover and TAC.

Andrew also looks after our patients who reside in Warrawee Community Nursing Home. He is married with two young children.

Dr Keith Lu enjoys competitive bike riding and has a special interest in sports medicine/training and exercise as part of healthy living. He also has an interest in aged care.

Dr Amanda Scott

Dr Amanda Scott
MBBS (Hon)

Amanda is a GP who is skilled in all areas of family medicine. She graduated from Monash University in 2005 and has completed her post graduate qualifications whilst raising two young children.

Amanda’s special interests include women’s and children’s health. She has a wealth of experience in managing all women’s health issues including: menstrual problems, symptoms of PMT, family planning, pregnancy and contraception. Amanda has been trained to insert and remove Mirena and Implanon.

She also enjoys caring for children with a wide range of health conditions. She finds looking after the health and wellbeing of young families including children and their parents (new, expectant, prospective) particularly rewarding.

Other interest areas include travel medicine, shared care, musculoskeletal disorders and gastrointestinal conditions (eg IBS). Amanda will also provide teaching to GP registrars at Mackie Road Clinic.

Dr Peter Bratuskins

Peter is an experienced GP who has interest in all aspects of family medicine and ongoing care of Mackie Road Clinic patients.

With a passion for education, Peter has got more than 15 years of experience in medical education & supervision. He is also a GP Supervisor & Medical Educator at Mackie Road Clinic.

He shares a special interest in cosmetic medicine treatments including anti-wrinkle injections.

Dr Amy Lee

Dr Amy Lee is a GP registrar who completed her medical training at the University of Melbourne in 2008.

She enjoys all aspects of family medicine, with special interests in child and adolescent health, which led her to complete a Diploma of Child Health through The Children’s Hospital at Westmead.

She is also interested in travel medicine and women’s health, and is happy to do minor procedures including Implanon insertion and removal.

Mr Michael Lo

Mr Michael Lo is a fully qualified, accredited and experienced plastic surgeon. He graduated from Flinders University in 2002. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of Surgeons in the Specialty of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and a member of Australasian Society of Plastic Surgeons.

Through his extensive training and experience he has developed a keen interest in skin cancer, breast and hand surgery. He also performs cosmetic procedures.

Mr Michael Lo consults from Mackie Road Clinic on a fortnightly basis. He operates privately at Corymbia House, 92 Dandenong Street, Dandenong, VIC 3175. For public cases, he operates in various public hospitals in Melbourne.

Dr Sarah Demediuk
MBBS, B.Pharm (Hons)

Dr Sarah Demediuk is a fully qualified doctor who chose to specialise in general practice at Mackie Road Clinic.

Sarah has completed her medical studies at the University of Melbourne in 2011. With a focus on family health and preventative medicine, she also has a special interest in dermatological conditions and has certificates in skin cancer medicine and dermoscopy.

Prior to becoming a doctor, Sarah was a pharmacist, working for a number of years in community pharmacy.
