Stage 4 restrictions

Under Stage 4 restrictions you can leave home to receive health care or attend medical appointments even outside of the 5km radius from your home. If you need to see a doctor you should do so. Do not put off getting medical care. Our doctors can also provide advice on how to stay safe.

It is safe to visit our practice but you can only do that if you were invited by us. We currently do not accept walk-ins. At the moment you need to call us for a face-to face consultation or with enquiries. Telehealth consultations can be booked via our online booking system on our website or your mobile phone.

All our patients are being triaged over the phone if they need to visit our clinic in order to provide a safe environment for other patients and staff members.

It is a patient responsibility to advise us prior to their face-to-face appointment if they develop any of the following symptoms: fever, chills, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, runny nose, loss of smell or loss of taste as we will need to change their face-to-face consultation to a telehealth consultation.

We kindly ask you for your patience and understanding as this is a very difficult time for everyone and we are overwhelmed with enquiries. Our doctors, nurses and administrative staff are working hard to provide the most suitable support and services to our patients and deserve to be treated with utmost respect and dignity.
